ROSSI & CROWLEY, LLP has a unique area of practice representing students and their families in college and university disciplinary matters. Some of the issues we have faced with our clients are dismissals based upon allegations of cheating, challenges of university dismissals and discipline based upon grades, allegations of sexual misconduct, and allegations of improper use of a controlled substance at a U.S. military academy.
